Casa by Moda is setting a new standard for rental homes across the UK. By 2025, they'll deliver 5,000 much-needed, high-quality family homes at accessible prices. All designed around Moda's core principles: best-in-class customer service, pioneering health and wellbeing services and strong ESG credentials.
From a standing start, our challenge was to take this new brand from an idea to market. Making it tangible and bringing it to life through every touchpoint.
Involved from the outset, we fired up Casa's creative production. The first step was to develop the brand identity. Once that was established, we progressed with CGIs of the properties, designed and built a commercial website, as well as designing their brochure, producing their marketing video and social content. Giving Casa all the assets they need to take their new brand to market.
We continue to create Casa's consumer marketing for each new development.
