Moda Living is one of our founding clients. In that short amount of time, we've established a strong understanding of this high-end rental property brand's culture, and community.

Moda's developments span the country, so we're proud to have partnered with them for creative production and marketing of all their schemes, including The McEwan in Edinburgh.

Solution

The McEwan is a mix of spacious studios, one and two-bed sharers and three-bed duplex apartments, delivering 476 new homes. Each one has been styled by interior designers Amos and Amos. We work closely with them to visualise their concepts in CGI.

With so many details to enjoy, these interiors need to be seen to be fully appreciated. Our photorealistic 3D images allow potential residents to take a full virtual tour. Gaining a genuine expectation of the 5* property and exclusive amenity spaces, which include private dining, 24-hour gym and private cinema room.

We have also supported Moda with the brand roll out, creating social content, email campaigns and brochure creative for The McEwan.
